Our vision is to provide communities where our military families can live, work, and thrive. Continuing in this commitment, over the span of five years, more than $322M will be invested into the Fort Campbell community bringing many exciting changes.

New Construction
and DemolitionInvesting in the future of soldiers and families, 680 new Junior Enlisted homes will be built offering spacious three- and four-bedroom home options. The houses will provide increased functionally and more open spaces for families to gather. 680 homes will be demolished paving the way for future homes.
Communities: Erevia Park (Future Community), Hammond Heights, LaPointe Village, Taylor Village East

Roofing
140 housing unit roofs will be replaced, preserving the integrity of our homes, and improving overall curb appeal.
Communities: Pierce Village -
Home Renovations
New Hammond Heights: 170 Junior Enlisted home renovations includes full replacement of the exterior, reconfiguration spaces providing an open and flexible living room floor plan, enlarged master bathrooms, new fixtures, finishes and more.
Cole Park: 3 homes will receive select upgrades to the patio, kitchen, new flooring throughout, trim, lighting fixtures, fresh paint and more.
Drennan & Stryker Village: More than 280 Junior Enlisted home renovations are in the planning and design phase. Check back for more details to be announced soon!
