140 housing unit roofs will be replaced, preserving the integrity of our homes, and improving overall curb appeal.
Communities: Pierce Village -
Home Renovations
New Hammond Heights: COMPLETE 170 Junior Enlisted home renovations includes full replacement of the exterior, reconfiguration spaces providing an open and flexible living room floor plan, enlarged master bathrooms, new fixtures, finishes and more.
Cole Park: COMPLETE 2 homes to receive select renovations, including patio upgrades, kitchen upgrades, new flooring and lighting throughout, fresh paint and more. One home to be demolished and replaced with a community pavilion.
Drennan & Stryker Village: More than 280 Junior Enlisted home renovations are in the planning and design phase. Check back for more details to be announced soon!
