Resident Update - 10/19/20

Dear Valued Residents -

The health and safety of our residents and team members remain our top priorities as we continue to closely monitor the rapidly evolving situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and act in accordance with recommendations from the CDC, military leadership and local health authorities.

We are excited to announce the re-opening of our Self-Help Center for residents effective October 26, 2020. For your safety we are restricting access to the Self-Help Center to one person at a time and face masks are required when entering the facility.  If the space is occupied when you arrive, please wait outside and practice social distancing until it is your turn to enter the Self-Help Center.

We offer the following items for resident pick-up:
  • Blind wands and vanes
  • Pest control glue boards
  • Light bulbs
  • Switch and outlet covers
  • HVAC filters
  • Range hood filters
  • 9-volt batteries for smoke detectors

Limited self-help items such as HVAC filters will also continue to be available for delivery upon request for your convenience.  Please contact our maintenance office at (931) 431-3966 for assistance.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate this challenging situation and work to keep your community safe and healthy.
