In August 2002, the Army selected Lend Lease as its partner to develop homes and communities for the families at the historic base of Fort Campbell, home of the 101st Airborne Division. Lend Lease engaged in a comprehensive program to better understand and ultimately translate into reality the needs and desires of both the residents and leadership of Fort Campbell. As a result, the company worked diligently to incorporate amenities such as community centers with activities for kids into the plan. Likewise, homes were designed to meet the needs of today's military families.
Living on post is by far the most convenient option for Service Members. Not
only is it located right where you work, but it also provides a community of
peers who can help you settle into your new home and surroundings with ease.
No deposit or application fees are required. Each of our communities is
staffed with its own dedicated Campbell Crossing Community Office team who are
ready to address your needs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We
also offer 24-hour emergency maintenance services, pet friendly communities and
FREE monthly resident events. Additionally, living at Campbell Crossing provides your children with one of
the best educational environments available by attending premier Department of
Defense schools. Living on post also provides your whole family easy access to an abundance
of amenities, including the PX , Commissary, golf courses, parks and
playgrounds.
